1. Acceptance
By using Farm Equipment Log you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your account and all data you create or store. Do not misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to our billing policy at the time of purchase.
4. Your data
You own the equipment records, maintenance logs, and other data you create in the app. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where required.
